K-Modular
The Linde K-Modular man-up turret truck is designed for high-density warehouse environments and narrow aisles. Fully electric and capable of lifting loads of up to 3,300 lb, it relies on an intuitive control layout that enables precise operation while limiting operator movement. Its design is built on Linde’s recognized expertise in narrow aisle trucks, delivering high build quality and strong reliability.
The modular concept of the Linde K-Modular allows the truck to be tailored to each working environment. Depending on requirements, different lift and drive motors can be selected, whether designed for light, standard, or heavy loads. Multiple chassis widths and cab options optimized for order picking, stacking, or combined use enable precise configuration aligned with narrow aisle operations.
The Linde System Control system optimizes safety and performance based on actual working conditions. Depending on the selected version, it provides a dynamic display of residual capacity at the actual lift height and automatically adjusts travel, rotation, and lifting functions according to the detected load. Versions equipped with load or weight sensors allow even finer adaptation of truck behaviour, resulting in smoother and more controlled operation.
The K-Modular is available with several cab types to meet real-world operating requirements. Whether a combined picking and stacking cab, a seated cab, a deeper comfort cab, or a version designed for cold environments down to minus 30 degrees, each configuration is intended to enhance operator comfort. Cab insulation reduces shocks and vibration, while low entry height and adjustable seating contribute to an ergonomic and durable workstation.
The Linde Guardian system enhances internal traffic safety by supporting everyone present on site. It enables the detection of risk zones, even around corners or through walls, and automatically adjusts truck speed. The system can be configured for different hazardous scenarios to better prevent incidents and secure movements.
The Linde Connect telemetry system provides essential data for efficient fleet management. In both warehouse and production environments, it networks forklifts together and delivers continuous visibility into the condition, utilization, and performance of the entire fleet, supporting informed decision making and operational optimization.
