The new B-X series offers a high-performance electric alternative to diesel forklifts. It eliminates emissions, reduces noise, and simplifies maintenance while significantly lowering the total cost of ownership over time. Its performance easily matches that of a diesel model, even in the harshest winter conditions. With operating autonomy of up to 14 hours on just a 2-hour charge, it meets the demands of intensive operations.
The B-X delivers travel, lifting, and lowering speeds comparable to diesel forklifts. It can reach speeds of up to 16 mph, while also offering excellent gradeability and a tighter turning radius.
Permanent magnet synchronous motors achieve up to 95 percent efficiency. They power both traction and hydraulic functions and feature a liquid cooling system for improved reliability.
High performance lithium-ion batteries provide extended operating time, fast charging, and an advanced heating and cooling system to ensure optimal performance in all climates.
The LCD cluster centralizes all essential forklift information, including battery status, diagnostics, data logging, safety functions, and maintenance tracking. It also allows operators to easily adjust driving modes to optimize productivity.
Quiet by design, the cab reduces noise levels by up to 12 dB compared to diesel models. It also features a Grammer™ seat along with a high performance heating and air conditioning system to maximize operator comfort.
To enhance safety and ease the transition for operators accustomed to internal combustion models, the B-X series is equipped with dual brake pedals, allowing for a natural two foot driving operation.
High voltage cables are covered with bright orange material for easy identification. Their thick insulation and robust protection technology ensure enhanced operational safety.
The B-X allows for safe and simple servicing thanks to direct access to key components and a main service disconnect (MSD) that isolates the high voltage system when required.
To reduce service time, the B-X is equipped with a gas spring assisted rear hood and clear access points, allowing panels to be opened and closed effortlessly for quick inspections.
To help prevent accidents and ensure personnal safety, this system requires the operator to be seated in order to activate travel and hydraulic functions, including tilt, lift, and lowering operations.
This function prevents unintended forklift movement on slopes, both uphill and downhill, giving operators greater control and enhanced job site safety.
The optional pedestrian detection system uses a camera to highlight a zone when a person is detected nearby, providing a visual warning to the operator.
