The Linde Guardian system assists all personnel involved in internal traffic. It can see around corners and through walls, providing automatic speed reductions, and can be programmed to suit any hazardous scenario.

Excessive speed, people crossing or poor visibility: When working with industrial trucks, there are many causes of accidents. Linde Guardian protection zones can be individually tailored to each risk situation.
Dangerous situations between pedestrians and forklift trucks
On corners, when overtaking or at warehouse entrances, industrial forklifts can pose a danger to people. The Linde Guardian system warns operators and pedestrians in advance. The signal passes through walls and shelving, and is accurate to within 10 centimetres. Warnings are only triggered in the event of imminent danger, which prevents false alarms.
Excessive speed
If an industrial forklift quickly crosses an area in which employees are accustomed to crossing, an accident can occur. Long straight lines are also dangerous, as they encourage the operator to accelerate. The Linde Guardian system automatically reduces forklift speed in critical areas.
Forklift accidents

Linde Guardian
The Linde Safety Guard is an innovative monitoring system that increases safety for truck operators and pedestrians in the vicinity of the truck. Active advance warning in the event of potential hazards means that everyone involved can react immediately. Depending on the application and the equipment, the Safety Guard system warns of imminent danger via acoustic signals, flashing LED lights or vibrations. Hazards can then be dealt with before any physical injury or collateral damage occurs.
Forklift module
The forklift module warns the operator by means of LED lights and audible signals.
Pedestrian module
The pedestrian module warns people of the approach of an industrial truck by means of an audible signal, LED lights and vibrations.
Sensors
They detect the modules of people and forklifts in defined danger zones.
Speed forklift module
The module is placed on the forklift and communicates with fixed modules such as the control module or the zone module.
Control module
The control module marks danger zones in critical areas such as doorways or low-visibility intersections. The module warns its surroundings with audible signals and LED indicators.
Zone module
The zone module defines zones where speed limits apply.
Charger
The charger recharges the pedestrian module by induction. Fully automatic activation enhances user comfort.
Forklift module
The forklift module warns the operator by means of LED lights and audible signals.
